Shipping Policy

 

Order processing time:

In-stock items are usually processed within 3-5 business days.

Shipping fees:

Postage is $11.95 for standard shipping and we can combine shipping up to 5kg as long as it fits in a 35 x 20cm postage satchel. We’ll contact you if it doesn’t.

 

We only ship within Australia at present.

 

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes:

As we use Australia Post, we can ship to PO boxes.

We are unable to modify the delivery address once we have processed your order so please check it is correct at check out.

 

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you confirmation with tracking information if you have included your phone number on your order. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website. Orders on average are delivered within 7 days.

We are not responsible for delivery times once an item is with the carrier. All delivery windows are estimates, please leave enough time if your order is time sensitive. ​
