Refund Policy
Digital download items don’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.
Please contact us regarding any problems with your order.

Services are by appointment only must be booked in advance. Appointments may be changed with more than 48 hours notice. A $25 reschedule fee will apply if under 48hrs. If exceptional circumstances apply, please contact us to discuss the fee. If we have to reschedule, we will provide $25 of additional time to you.

We are not obliged to provide a refund if you simply change your mind, however, we will exchange physical items if you return the item to us in its original condition and pay for shipping of the exchanged item. This policy does not alter your consumer guarantee and we operate within the statutory rights with regard to refunds for major faults.

All items discounted for known flaws or sold "as is" are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

If your item is faulty, please email us within 5 working days of receiving your delivery, take photos and document the fault. You will need a Return Authority (RA) number and we will advise you of how to proceed.

Refunds will be made to the same card that purchased the item and Stripe can take up to 10 days to issue a refund.
We are not responsible for the amount of time an item takes to arrive to you once shipped so please leave enough time. Delivery windows quoted on the website are estimates.
